I think my Daddy must be a little older in this picture....because he is sitting up, and I don't know how to do that yet - but I still think I look like him when he was a baby.
Daddy was six and one half months old in the picture. There is a pillow behind him in case of tumbling. We lived on the farm in Iowa in a beautiful old farmhouse. It had an open staircase just like Jaxson. He learned to crawl up the stairs very young. I would have to put up a barrier at the bottom of the stairs which he would wiggle and push and get by, laughing all the way. He was such a fast crawler chasing "ball-balls" and finding me as he called out "nus mama nus" Also,he would put up his arms to be picked up and say "carkey, carkey, carkey" meaning let's go for a ride now.
